Exploring MHC

The image to the left is an image of the MHC complex. The pink spirals are alpha helices. They are part of the secondary structure of proteins. The yellow lines are beta sheets. If you look closely you can see a peptide sequence bound in the binding site. Click here to see the peptide a little better. That white line near the bottom of the screen is it.
