Valeries's Mini Cheesecakes

  • 2 - 8oz. Pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • vanilla wafers

    • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Adt sugar, beat.
    Adt eggs one at a time, beating in between.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper, pour batter in.
    Cook @ 350' for 25 minutes.
    Makes 15 cupcakes.
